Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. When something prevents you from carrying out your travel plans we will gladly rebook your getaway and apply your deposit to your re-booked dates as long as it’s in the same year and as long as you cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice from 3:00pm on your day of arrival.

If your plans change at the last minute (or anytime within 72 hours from 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival), the full rate will apply. However, if you need to cancel, please call us and we’ll try our best to rebook the room that was reserved for you by opening it up to other potential customers who may call, book Online, or may stop in when driving by. If:

  1. we are able to re rent the room(s) we had reserved for you than no additional fees on top of your deposit will be charged.
  2. If we cannot re-rent the rooms we reserved for you then the full rate will apply.

If you do not show up at all for your reservation than you would be charged the full rate.

Cooking Policy

An outdoor cooking area is provided at our outdoor picnic area. It includes a BBQ and picnic tables. Your room is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker for light cooking.

Cleaning Rooms

Housekeeping is included with your room. If you would not like your room cleaned then please hang the “no cleaning required” sign on the door.
